Antonio Blue
Town Mayor
Antonio Blue is the Mayor of Dobbins Heights. He was born and raised in Dobbins Heights, NC. He attended Capital Highway, Monroe Avenue, Fair-view Heights, and Hamlet Junior High. He is a graduate of Richmond Senior High School. Blue, attended various colleges and served in the U.S. Army for 24 years. He is currently serving his fourth term as the mayor and secured $2 million dollars in grants funding for the community.

Tyre L. Holloway
Mayor Pro Tem
Tyre' Holloway won town council seat in 2013. He became Commissioner over Parks & Recreation of Dobbins Heights Community Park.Tyre is a firm believer in making the Park a user-friendly facility for the whole family. Holloway, was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up in Dobbins Heights, NC. He also, discovered the US Army JROTC and truly admired the discipline and routines of responsibility and leadership, as a JROTC cadet, and eventually Cadet Battalion Commander. Tyre enrolled in to North Carolina A & T State University, completing his freshman year there, and transferred to the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, completing his studies in 2 ½ years and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. Currently, Tyre serves as parts manager at Champion Ford Lincoln in Rockingham, N.C.


Regina Hamilton
Town Clerk & Financial Officer
Regina Hamilton became town clerk March 20, 2017. Regina is a native of Wadesboro in Anson County and has resided in Richmond County since 2008. A graduate of Richmond community college and Gardner Webb University, Regina is a veteran of the U.S. Army and also serves as a Notary Public.

Reba Dille
Assistant Clerk & Tax Collector
Reba was born and raised in Rockingham and moved to Hamlet at a young age. Reba retired from BB&T April 2018 and began working with the Town of Dobbins Heights on May 1, 2018. “I love working for Dobbins Heights and have always had connections with the community through banking.
